What is your refund/return policy?

Graphic Items: Due to the custom nature of graphics, there is no return or refund provided for graphics. Please note, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can make the proper arrangements.


Hardware Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days after first receiving your product.

The product must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the issuance of the return. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

What does your warranty cover?

All of our products (including graphics) are covered by a ONE (1) year manufacturing defect warranty. Additionally, some of our products are covered by a lifetime warranty. To see which warranty you qualify for please contact us at team@luciddisplays.com

What size should my artwork be? How should I setup my artwork?

We provide templates for all products that we offer. We ask for vector files when possible and a minimum of 150 dpi when sending rasterized files.

What are my rush production/shipping options? Are there any additional fees?

We are able to offer rush production and/or faster shipping in certain situations. Rush fees can range from $100+ and shipping fees will be based on weight/zone/number of packages.

Can I cancel an existing order?

If we have not begun processing your order then it may be possible to make changes/cancel. Once you have submitted payment and approved artwork we begin printing ASAP, so please reach out urgently with any changes/cancellations.

Can I provide my own shipping account?

You can provide your own UPS shipping account number if you prefer.
